WHY OPEN BUSINESS WHEN EMPLOYEES ARE HARD TO FIND EVERYWHERE?

Since Covid, the workforce has practically gone awry. Practically every work sector has a worker shortage with the food sector remaining with the highest quit rates. Fast food and restaurants struggle with employees where the indoor dining can be halted if staff shortages occur leaving the takeout or drive thru as the only option.
