Damn right!

This thankless job in societies the world over, gets props for keeping the privilege of having clean and sanitized public spaces — including restrooms — clean and sanitized.

Quite naturally, the first thing someone does when they enter a room is what? Observe the floors.

Bring in the reinforcements: the individuals who sweep the commercial tile with a wide commercial push broom — and dip the mop in hard plastic buckets nearly full of water — before mopping.

Floors are stripped with chemical solutions. The hallway floors are polished to increase the value of people experience.

They climb metal ladders to clean bulb fixtures in rooms and buildings.

They water those plants out front to instill good vibes for visitors as they approach.

The lawn gets cut during those flaming hot summer days.

Pipes burst and leak.

Dripping and streaming sinks.

Bulbs have to be changed when they blow.

Toilets have to unclogged.

Toilet paper have to be restocked.

Paper towels have to be restocked.

Walls have to be painted.

Vomit has to be picked up.

Rooms have to be sprayed for Covid-19.

Furniture has to be polished.

Vacuums carpet.

Cleaning windows.

S — t has to dealt with in the stalls.
