I TOOK DOWN MY VISION BOARD

Why?

Well, I’ve been thinking about making some changes to it for a couple of months.

I think its a good idea? I placed it behind my dresser out of site.

Now, interesting thing I ran across a few weeks ago. I was on YouTube and I typed in Law of Attraction. The thumbnail had actress/comic Mindy Kaling. I clicked on and Mindy was chatting it up on some talk show. She had a vision board up somewhere in her house. She eventually took it down and threw it away. “Things manifested two months later,” she added

I’m doing the same thing but I’m not throwing the cutouts away.

I’m not going to throw it away, but perhaps glance at it from time-to-time?

HAS WORKED BEFORE

I can certainly say a vision board I used once. The amount of time portion of it time to manifest?

7 years.

Do I have to repeat myself?

7— Y-E-A-R-S!!!!

WHAT I NOTICED DURING THAT SPAN

There was a lot of drama going on including meeting someone who became my son’s mother, then my wife, then my ex wife. I moved to Los Angeles to become a screenwriter and survive residing in the metropolis. I was so preoccupied with the day-to-day that I didn’t have time even think about my board.

Stories please, Ken.

Then next year after arriving…

BOOM. The goal manifested literally — not even close to figuratively — out of the blue.

Well, just might have a ton of blog topic ideas off that one.

TAKEAWAY

I wasn’t emotionally invested in my vision board none of the time. Would “feeling it in my bones” have made them show up quicker? At least for me, the further removed — from my mind and bones — my goals were they ‘showed up at this sort of finish line.
